Behind Create Café are a team of incredible people that achieve great things every day. Shaun leads the team, with long standing co-workers Laura running front of house, Beth running the kitchen, Lewis working all areas both kitchen and front of house (a rare skill!), Dawson on Grill and Megan as our kitchen assistant.

Shaun, Manager

Shaun Mounsey, manager, has 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry starting out as a pot washer in a city centre restaurant before working his way through a variety of roles up to bar manager at Harvey Nichols Leeds and restaurant manager for countryside gastro pub before opening Create Cafe. Shaun thoroughly enjoys the challenge of running Create Café and is keen to get involved with local businesses, charities and social schemes.
